Default Roles within DocOne® Default

Role Description
Basic Access DocOne® Default Allows a user to create, search, copy, and edit transactions in DocOne® Default, as well as access the Fulfillment Manager.
Manage DocOne® Default Allows an Account Administrator to:
  • Copy an account
  • Add, edit and delete DocOne® Default users in Administration
  • Delete DocOne® Default transactions
  • Have Basic Access to DocOne® Default
  • Manage DocOne® Default.

Basic Access for DocOne® Default Allows a user to create, search, copy, and edit transactions.
Delete Transactions for DocOne® Default Allows a user to delete transactions.
Manage Administration for DocOne® Default Allows an Account Administrator to access Administration.
Manage IP Filter Allows an Account Administrator to add or remove IP Addresses to the IP Address whitelist within SECURITY.
Warning: Modifying the IP Address Whitelist is not recommended during regular business hours. Users may be negatively affected if changes are made while they are using the application.
